Generating reports for questions created on an RSVP

We have included questions on our RSVP and I want to know how I can find out the results for them. Any siggestions or guidance?

    Hey Rachel,

    One of the things to rember is that there is sometimes additonal information in the downloaded version of a report than what is shown when you just hit the view action. I believe this is true for the calendar reports. As reporting continues to move to report writer this will not be an issue in the new reporting system.

    You can create a custom report in Report Writer (under Reports). 


    1. Data Management --> Reports

    2. Report Type = Events; Events Attendees

    3, Report Columns: make sure to check off the "survey questions" box - this will give you all of those custom questions you included in your events form


    Note: You can then download the report as a CSV file to see all the info in a spreadsheet.
