How to add graphics (i.e. logo/scanned signature) to OLX donation reply email?

We are not able to add a scanned signature or logo to our OLX donation form reply emails. This seemingly would be a very rudimentary functionality of OLX.  We have tried various graphic formats as well as saving to a MS Word document, highlighting the image, copying, and then trying to copy into the reply email with no luck.  Blackbaud is unable to assist.


Does anyone have a solution to this dilemma?

You can do it, but the file needs to be hosted online somewhere.  Then copy from that hosted image. 


At least that's the experience I've had.  There is also an idea bank post for this functionality that you can vote on!
