Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.

Anyone with Online Express conquered this problem?




 

We're trying to process online transactions for 5 events, 3 are going through fine. Two aren't. We just get "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

 

At some point we unticked one of the options (& it was just an untick) and support think that might be it. But that is true for most of the 5 events not just the 2 that aren't processing. And that's after we've reticked it. Never had this problem before.

 

In previous versions of RE we could still process even if an option was unticked in the online form creator bit of it - and surely this is important functionality

 

Support have said we will probably just have to enter them all in again by hand


There's this KB article (https://kb.blackbaud.co.uk/articles/Article/104764) but it doesn't really help.


Fortunately none of them have paid so it will just be time consuming - we won't have to go back to everyone, but imagine if we had. Just for unticking a box whivh previous you could untik without problems.
