XHTML, CSS & PageBuilder

Options

We developed a standards-compliant web site for our client which uses XHTML & CSS (prior to them signing up with Convio). This code has been added as a PageWrapper and displays fine. However using PageBuilder, the edit box will not display. Is there a workaround? How is it that such old standards are not supported?

  • Hey Robert,

Its hard to hazard a guess, have you tried looking at it with Firefox, with the Firebug extension?

One thought is that you can adjust your styles based on the application... I think pagebuilder is 3301

You can set a class on your wrapper using stags...

And adjust your styles (perhaps just simplifying them, hiding things that might conflict)

Thanks Adrian. I had come across the other thread and had forwarded it already to my client's Convio sub-contractor. They are however choosing to re-create the pagewrapper design using tables (as that is all they are contracted to do), meaning there will be two codebases to maintain.
