View "Thank You" sent from OLX form?

Hi everyone,


Is there a way to view the specific e-mail that a donor received from an OLX donation form? We have an event for which we have sponsors and are selling tickets, and some earlier versions of "thank yous" that went out were sent without goods & services amounts, since we didn't have them yet. Since I have a list of donors/sponsors/ticket buyers, it's easy for me to guess by date, but I want to be able to confirm by looking at the e-mail they received. Does this capability exist?

You would need to look at the thank you email template to verify, however I suspect that you've updated the template since. If this is true, there is no way to look at what the thank you template used to look like. And there's no way to view specific emails sent by thank you autoresponders in Online Express.

You cannot see past emails, but you can change that for the future.  If you open the OLX form, under the "Thank You" tab you can enter in email/s that will receive a copy of the email that is sent to a constituent.  I have created a rule in my email inbox, to put all of these directly into a folder.  Usually I do not need to look at them, but when I do they are nice to have.
