Importing Images into Email Design

I'm unable to import image files into email design for some reason. They are in jpg format, on my desktop, but when I go there from the "import" dialogue box, they don't show up as a file option to import. What am I missing?

Hi Susan,

The import dialogue box defaults to the exchange server, so you will either have to upload the images to the exchange server or you will have to dive into your computer from this import dialogue box by changing to C: from the "Look in:" drop down to get to your local computer> Users> "Your name"> Desktop and then your files should appear.
