Processing for Challenges like Birdies for Charity

Hi Community,


I was wondering if anyone has set up or run a challenge like Birdies for Charity via OLX or RE.


We are trying to start a version here, but are coming up with some processing issues. How the Birdies for Charities works as follows

"Participating charities solicit pledges from their donors based on the number of birdies that will be made. Pledges can be as low as one penny! If a donor pledges just 1-cent and 1,500 birdies are made, the donor will contribute $15 to the charity of their choice."


We want to make an online pledge form but OLX will not allow pledges less than a dollar to be processed. It was our intent to capture their initial pledge and then update the pay amount when we have the final tally of the "birdies".  Also, we wanted to capture CC information beforehand so we did not have to process reminders to individuals later but rather process cc's by July 31st. My concern with this is holding on to CC information and PCI compliancy.


Any help would be great.
