Email transfer from BBNC to OLX

Hello, currently we have a number of constituents who have opted out of emails (not meaning to opt out of all emails), but have been caught in that wide net regardless. When migrating from BBNC to OLX is it possible to reset that restriction on the records who have been flagged as "opted out" so that we can email them again in a more targeted way? Also, does OLX have more opt out choices so that we can include a menu of email types to opt out of or is it just the one generic opt out line? Thanks!
