Attached .pdf receipt

Hi Everyone,


I want to know if any one else has figured out how to do this.


I made a donation to the American Heart Association and in addition to my e-mailed autoresponder, a .pdf receipt was attached as well.


I would looooovvvvvvvvvveeee to add this functionality to my site.


I have contacted every AMA member in the directory and even have our Community Managers trying to help me get in contact with some one there, but no luck.


Has anyone else done this?

Is the Receipt Manager feature turned on for your Luminate Online site? If not, contact your CSM to turn it on.

We do have Receipt Manager set up and we do have a .pdf template set up.


I can print these from the constituent record, but they are not attaching to the autoresponder.


I am going to go through the YouTube video and word doc and see if we missed something.

Hi Phil,

Wondering if you had found out why your receipt is not attaching.? Out of curiosity, did you guys associated the receipt template to the proper application(s) and set up in a way that the template is good for online donation?

Hi Sam,


We had a template setup, but support needs to actually apply it for it to work. In the guide Allison provided, I read it as we could do it ourselves, but that is not the case.


We are currently redesigning our autoresponders, so I am finishing that and then will have support turn them on and see how they work.


I am doing this in the next week, so I will update ya then.
