Do SKY Reporting Analyze Dashboards Allow you to control write-offs?

We are used to reporting on what we've always called "Total Raised" (which is like Committed in Analyze / SKY Reporting). However, the option to include original full amount of pledge in RE database view reports by unchecking "Use gift balance instead of gift amount" means that it will show you a $10,000 pledge as $10,000 even if (especially if) let's say $2,000 of that pledge has been written-off. It seems like SKY Reporting / Analyze dashboards never allow you to show the full amount of a pledge. It seems SKY Reporting / Analyze dashboards would only ever show this as $8,000 - no matter how you configure Committed and Received. Does anyone know how you can control write-offs? When major gift officers performance is based on Total Raised, I need to be able to show the full amount of pledges in Committed (including what may have been written-off). I understand the argument that Analyze dashboards are dashboards to show trends, not reconciled financial reports, but front-line fundraisers' who only use the web view are losing faith in the system, because they know (believe me) how much they've raised and the Analyze Dashboards are not showing that due to write-offs. I really need a way to show full amount of pledges in Committed - please help.
