Managing Sustainers in LO

Hi. We're new to LO and have a lot of questions about managing sustaining givers. Are you just assuming that donors are receiving failed payment notifications, or are you sending out something separate? If you're sending a separate notice, how are you pulling that info? Thank you!

Hi Marcee,


We send the Failed Sustaining Payment Notification (on the donation form or in the Autoresponder Center) and I know donors are receiving it because they e-mail to update their card info if they cannot figure out how to in the Gift Service Center.
