Event registration question/problem

Hello all,

​I am setting up our online registration so that our sponsors and potential attendees can pay online for the first time to our annual fundraiser. In the process of setting up the number of availablity at certain levels (mainly individual attendees) I receive a message that tells me I cannot enter anything greater than 10 for a maximum of number of "tickets" available. Is this referring to at a time or total number of tickets available at that level?

Hi Treva, 


The Max number pictured below refers to the number of that price type that can be purchased in one transaction: 



For example, according to the image above, no one person could purchase more than 10 tables in one transaction.


If you'd like to limit how many online registrants are allowed for your event, you can specify an online capacity on the Extras Tab if needed.
