Hard bounces not showing in the unusable email list

I have noticed that a number of email addresses marked as 'bounced' after an email has been sent from OLX are being excluded from future email recipient lists.  These email addresses are not listed on the unusable emails list but I can only assume that they must be hard bounces to have been excluded from the email lists.  Has anyone else experienced this problem or know a way to establish which of the bounces are hard and which are soft?
