Paid Event Registration Processing

Hello Community, 


I have been trying to track down how event registration fees are listed when processed though an Online Express Event Registration form and cannot seem to find what I am looking for. I know that these registrations will be added into a event registration fee batch, but is there any documentation about these batches? Does the registration fee show up on the gift record? And what if there is an additional donation along with the event registration fee?

Hi Dan, 


Great questions! The Event Registration Fee is a Gift Batch that Online Express will create when your event requires registration fees. When you commit the batch, a gift will be added to the record of person who is paying for the event. 


Online Express will also note that an additional gift has been made when you download the transaction and you can see that the transaction is split between a donation and a registration in multiple ways.
