Clean up mailing list

Hi everyone. This may be a very basic question but I'm still pretty new to Luminate! I'd like to clean up our newsletter mailing list and pull out the people who haven't opened any of our newsletters. What's the most effective way of doing this? I plan to try to re-engage the "zombies" but in the meantime, want to improve our outcomes by only emailing the people truly interested.
