Question on RE Upgrade to 7.96 from 7.93

Folks,


I'm upgrading from RE 7.93 to 7.96 on our W2K8 R2 SP1 with SQL server 2008 R2 (10.50.6220).  I've installed MS.net 4.6, rebooted the server and upon running setup.exe, , I received an error:

 
“Microsoft Windows SQL Server 2012 Shared Management Objects x86 has failed.  Some features may not work properly.  You may need to install it manually before installing Raiser’s Edge.  Do you want to continue?”  My options are either “Yes” or “No”


Do I choose "Yes" or "No"?  Not sure how to proceed considering the upgrade installation instructions didn't mention anything?  Any suggestion would be appreciated.
