Blackbaud University unable to find you in their system

For those of you who have taken training through Blackbaud University and then switched organizations, have you ever had trouble transfering your credits? I am tyring to get credits for the courses I took and the certification I received, but they are unable to locate me in their system.

I contacted the training help chat. I gave them my old email address for my previous organization and they were able to pull up the information from that old account and transfer everything to my new account.
