OLX - price level that doesn't include registrants??

Options
OK - I'm new to creating the forms in OLX, we are hosting a golf tournament, I have a two fold question:

1. We sell Super Tickets to the event - this includes games and mulligans but doesn't have golfers associated with it - so no registrants. How can I do this?

We also sell banners and hole signs and several other opportunities that have no golfers/registrants attached...

2. Another issue, what if one of our sponsors wants to purchase a Super Ticket for his 3 teams - that is 12 tickets, this thing maxes out at 10. How can I ask him to do more than 1 transaction for this? We also host a concert in the spring with general admission tickets, many people purchase for over 10 people... we want to collect data for each person so we get their contact info...

Are these things others have to deal with? Am I crazy for being totally frustrated on my very first page on entry? I can't even get to the other pages because I'm stuck here...

Please someone help.

We also sell banners and hole signs and several other opportunities that have no golfers/registrants attached... First things first you need to make sure you've created all of these different purchase types in your event, then in online express on the get started tab when you add the ticket types, for the ones with no associated registrants you would change the registrants number to 0.

    2. Another issue, what if one of our sponsors wants to purchase a Super Ticket for his 3 teams - that is 12 tickets, this thing maxes out at 10. How can I ask him to do more than 1 transaction for this? On the get started tab in online express you would change the registrants max to the a number greater than 10, that will allow for that number to be the max number of a ticket type purchased. We also host a concert in the spring with general admission tickets, many people purchase for over 10 people... we want to collect data for each person so we get their contact info... I don't know if there is a good work around for this, it will give the purchaser a field for "registrant name" for each ticket purchased however it is obviously at their discretion what is put in there, for example Bob Smith could put Bob Smith for every ticket purchased.

There is a webinar about setting up events in online express this afternoon as well.
