Is anyone else having issues with areas of the Blackbaud website where you click a link and instead it takes you to Blackbaud's Privary Policy page?


For example, I try to download the PowerPoint here: https://community.blackbaud.com/reviews/item/7/1977 and it takes me here: https://www.blackbaud.com/privacy-policy.aspx?

I just tested with the example you provided, and everything worked fine for me. Strange. . .

I'm also not experiencing this problem. Try a different web browser real quick and see if it does it for you there as well. May be a broken cookie or something like that? I'm not an expert on that kind of stuff though.

Well, it is just me and my browser! Looks like I may have to use IE and not Chrome.

Hmm. I use Chrome though, so I'm not sure it's just a Chrome thing. Maybe clear your cookies and broswer history? I know that can be a pain because you're going to be slammed with cookie requests and that sort of thing for a day or two, but it might fix it.

I use chrome as well and didn;t have an issue.

I would agree with clearing your browser history and clearing your cookies.

Make sure you're on the most up to date version of Chrome. I was having this issue last year and once my computer was updated by IT my pages started to load correctly.
