Adding a logo to Online Express Email Receipt

Is there a way to upload your logo on the email receipt donors recieve -- not the ereceipt but the actual email with copy they recieve.


We want to personalize the email notification with our logo.  Also, is there a way to personalize the e-reciept?

Yup!  We just copy and paste into the text and it's been working for us.  (We do signature, but same idea using an image.)  I think It had to be uploaded and living on the web somewhere.

Yup!  We just copy and paste into the text and it's been working for us.  (We do signature, but same idea using an image.)  I think It had to be uploaded and living on the web somewhere.

What you have to do is: 

1. Upload the image to your website (or somewhere you will keep it hosted). 

2. Then copy the link for your image and open that link in your browser.

3. You can then right-click on the image, Copy Image, and Paste into your thank you email. 


It's definitely a work-around since OLEX does not give you the ability to edit the Source directly, but it does the job. 


I would suggest uploading the exact image size on your hosting that you want in your receipt. This helps in not having to resize the image in the OLEX editor itself.

When you paste the image, does the image show, or just the name of the jpg file?


I just see the name of the file... but there's no way to preview the email... or send a test, is there?
