Running RE 7.96 patch 5 with .NET Framework 4.7?

Hi,


We currently run RE 7.95.6283.3 locally. All of our servers and workstations run on .NET Framework 4.7.


Given these versions, we're also using TLS 1.0. We need to upgrade to RE 7.96 patch 5 to use TLS 1.1+. However, I'm not sure RE 7.96 patch 5 will work for us given we use .NET Framework 4.7. All we've seen is that 7.96 patch 5 requires and installs .NET Framwork 4.6. No mention of .NET Framework 4.7 anywhere. Also, we've seen zero cases asking about this.


Does anyone run RE 7.96 patch 5 in a .NET Framework 4.7 environment? If so, have you had any issues? And if so, what were they and how did you fix them?
