How Add Merge Fields to Email Template in Account Designer in the Online Applications and Reporting Module

Hi. I want to add the Merge Field, Org_Name to an email template in the Account Designer section of the Online Applications and Reporting Module. Yet, I do not see a way to do so.  It seems that the email template entitled Requirement Retrieval Notification does not provide for addition of more Merge Fields. Am I missing the way to add more Merge Fields?

    I've bumped into a situation before with an email template where it only allowed for individuals' names - the "first name" field - and did not actually allow for any organizational names to be pulled into the email that way.  Perhaps, heavy on the italicization and questions marks, this is relevant here?
