Can you add a background image to a donation form?

We would like to add a back ground image to our donation form rather than a solid color - can we do this in online express and if not is there a way to make the background clear to overlay on our website page?

While there may be a way to "hack" the javascript to make the form transparent as opposed to having a white background, it doesn't look like there is an option for a transparent background within the OLX setup.
