Generating a Recurring/Sustaining Annual Gift Receipt

Is there a way to generate an annual gift receipt for recurring gifts that isn't through the receipt manager? We apparently do not have the recurring gift receipt template established within our LO.

Hi Stacie:

You can get help from Blackbaud staff if you have onetime tax receipt template. It's more easy to issue receipt through receipt manager. We just did this year. We still have a bit issue to let donor to let donor to download receipt. But it's more easier to issue receipt this year.
