Tracking if a donor gave to different appeals

We are trying to see who gave to Annual Fund Mail Appeal 2 or 3 in FY 17, and then also gave to Annual Fund Mail Appeal 1 in FY 18. Is there a way to do this easily in query?

Hi Kerry,

I would do this as two summary of gifts in a Constituent Query


Summary of Gift #1 - Number of gifts greater than or equal to 1 - in criteria select appeal(s) for FY17


Summary of Gift #2 - Number of gifts greater than or equal to 1 - in criteria select appeal(s) for FY18


use operator of AND as you want people that gave to both years correct?


Then connect this query with an export to create a list of these people as if you try to do the export from the query results you will probably have duplicates and it is better practice to use an export for a list anyway
