I am fairly new to the capabilities of online express. 

1) Can you make sure an email is valid (what if they type the incorrect information)

2) Can the attendees receive a link to add it to their calendar?

3) Can attendees, who are booking for more than one guest, be made to give their full details but can just give a number or even first name for any of their guests

         Your best options here would be to try a welcome series as a test. Otherwise, you could use the EmailFinder subscription via data health to confirm information.

2) Can the attendees receive a link to add it to their calendar?

             Attendees can be linked to any URL of your choosing via the event compoenent in OLX emails. Therefore, you may use the ics calendar link from Outlook.

3) Can attendees, who are booking for more than one guest, be made to give their full details but can just give a number or even first name for any of their guests

            I am not aware of functionality to handle this detail.
