Online Express Email Formatting

Hi!

​What am I doing wrong here?  Why does the formatting change when I open the test email in Outlook?  In the attached document, the top photo is the formatting on RE.  The second photo is a screenshot of the email.

I Just ran a quick test to a coworker and got the same thing. Then I checked with someone from our internal resources for Online Express and they let us know that this is actually just an issue with how Outlook reads the email formatting. They let me know that it is going to be fixed in about 6 months from now when microsoft releases their new patch for it.
