Luminate Online Survey Basics

Okay, I admit defeat. I have created a survey in Luminate Online with 7 questions. When I tried to have some of our staff test the survey, they received a variety of errors. Once I have created the survey and published it, how do I send it out to those who I would like to respond? The link that I copied from the Survey URL: doesn't seem to be working as expected. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Tammi:

It seems you copied the link at the top when you were logged in.  Open your survey and click #4.  Then click #3 Survey URL.  That is the URL for the survey.  You can also create a URL shortcut. Click Library, URL Shortcuts and follow instructions.  Very easy to do.
