Average Alumni Database Contact/Email/Phone Rates (etc...)?

Hi...  I feel as though I've seen this information somewhere before, but now that I'm looking for something specific I haven't come close to finding anything particularly useful.  I'm looking for some ballpark "average" data collection percentages... Would like to compare to our own internal numbers.  Some of the things I'm looking for:

• Average contactable alumni percentage (vs "lost alumni")
• Average percentage of email addresses for alumni
• Average percentage of valid phone numbers for alumni
• Average percentage of mailable addresses for alumni
• Average percentage of alumni with employment info

I have a few Blackbaud reports and white papers, but apparently not the right ones
