Audience Types

My communications team wants to know how certain "audience types" respond to our eblasts.  In turn, they have tasked me with creating 13 queries/lists in RE for online express.  I find this tideous becuase i have to create 13 queries and then merged query #13 through #12-#1 and so on and so forth which takes forever.  The merged queries and/or if i decided to do query lists and just manaully remove all duplicates are all static and not automatically refreshable.  These lists will then have to be saved and refreshed every time.  They want me to create a list that is automatically refreshable for each new eblast.  Is this even possible?  Any suggestions?

I'm not sure I'm following your email...but maybe this will work for you?


I've used Constituent Attributes before to create an Appeal (the Attribute Category) with Packages (the Attribute Description).  Once finished working with the list, where Attributes make it easy to [Allow Only One Per Record] and to move someone from one Package to another, I've used Global Change to "copy" the information to an actual Appeal Tag and then Globally Delete the Attribute.  Could you do something similar?  Set up an Attribute with 13 different Descriptions, and then you can move folks from one to another or however you need to do.  Attributes also give you a Date Field and a Comment Field, so you can track when that Attribute was last changed, and whoever changed it can also add a comment as to why it was changed.
