How to change your gift notifications

StaciAnne from Lund Family Canter (http://lund.convio.net/) was exploring her EOY gifts and had a good question:

 

I knew we had keyed the over $150 emails to go to Barbara, Kitty and myself. I didn't know that I didn't get email notification on all donations, however! OOOPS.

 

 

Is there any way to fix that?

 

 

You can set various notification setting for each fundraising campaign. To answer StaciAnne's question, you can be notified of every gift by setting the large gift notification to $1.00. This solution, however, would also send all gift notifications to everyone on your large gift notification list (not just you).

 

 

 

To change it, you go to Fundraising > Donation Management. Click Edit on the campaign on which you want to be notified. On step 3 of that process, you'll see the large gift notification section. Just change the large gift amount to whatever amount you'd like.You can also add or remove notification email addresses.

 

This is also where you'd add/remove a name from your notification lists or be notified of honor gifts, premiums, etc. Remember, notifications must be set up for each fundraising campaign.
