Is it possible to build a survey email in online express and then have the responses post back in to the record? New to Online Express and trying to find out what all it can do. Is there a link to all of the features of Online Express?

Great question! Online Express does not have a survey feature, but you could certainly create an email that includes a link to the survey you'd like your recipients to complete. Online Express can post back to the record whether or not the constituent opened or clicked on your email like this: 



If you wanted to add the specific survey responses to the constituent records, you may be able to add their responses as attributes.


Do any other users have any suggestions? Or has anyone done something similiar in the past?
