Query Lists not showing data

I've been having issues with my query lists not showing the data that should be there.  The list itself will say there are ##records, but when I open the list to add/remove constitutents, there is nothing showing.  I've been using a work around but I LOVE using query lists b/c it creates a 'paper' trail for me to reference later.  Please let me know if anyone can let me know what I'm doing that may be creating this issue.  I've used them in the past without a problem.

  • Do you still have all of your usual column headings at the top of the query list? Right-clicking and selecting "Columns..." could allow users to remove columns from the query list output. I don't think it's possible to remove ALL of the headings because the OK button becomes greyed out, but if you just had one column left and it happened to be something that was blank for all of your constituents, I suppose it might look like there wasn't any data there.
