Tribute Address that I don't want preferred

We use the tribute module. Someone wants a tribute acknowledgment sent to an existing constituent who has a correct home address. I want to send the letter to the address the donor asked, but don't want to set that to the preferred. How else might I accompish this without setting it to preferred, running the letters, then changing the home address back to the preferred?

Two thoughts that I have...

1. Manually edit the letter/envelope.

2. Put it in as a seasonal address just good for 1-2 days when you process the letter. And choose to use seasonal addresses.
