Photo album index page

I was wondering if anyone has any insight as to how the Photo Album Index that Convio creates is sorted. It doesn't seem to be sorted by the scheduled publish date, or alphabetically. It appears that the albums are sorted (top to bottom) by the date that they were actually published. Is there any way to modify this page or change how it displays the Photo Album choices?

I'm wondering the same thing. I also wish I knew how to limit the "more photo albums" link at the bottom of each album page to a particular set of albums, not to all of them. Does anyone know?

I've been researching this eternal question internally and wanted to pass along an update on what I have found out so far, in case it might be helpful.

There is not a way to arrange the order of Photo Albums (neither on the admin nor user side of the product).  We have an open feature request for being able to do this.

There is actually a bit of mystery in the sort order that configures how the albums are displayed. The sort order is not intuitive (it is *not* based on any of the following obvious expected sorting: album publish date, album last modified date, album creation date, or album title).

We're researching with Engineering to confirm what runs the sort and I'll report back with the final answer! It will be nice to lay this cryptic question to rest!

Does that link have an ID or CLASS associated with it? You could probably hide it with a style. I don't use the Photo Album, have a link to yours?
