How to reduce number of dates in the Analyze > Opportunities filters

I'm using the RE NXT > Analyze > Opportunities report which provides four different date filters: Asked Date, Expected Date, Funded Date and Deadline. Each one provides a list of dates with checkboxes.  The problem is that the list of dates starts at Jan 1900 and extends to Dec 2051.  


Is there a way to limit the dates only to those used in our database or in some other way?

I don't know if Blackbaud has any plans for changing those date dropdowns, but there's any easy way to narrow them down instead of having to scroll through a long list to the selection you need: just type in the year you're looking for, which will quickly shorten your list to the twelve months in that year. If you wanted to look at fye2016 and fye2017, for example, open one of the date dropdown menues and click on "clear" to uncheck all of the date boxes. Type 2016 in the search and click on "select all," then type 2017 in the search and click on "select all" again, then click on the Apply button and you're done!
