Question: Is it true the hosted clients cannot add images to their "Thank You" via the steps discussed in this article?
Answer: As promised, I wanted to do some additional research around this topic as I had not heard of it being an issue specific to hosted clients. After doing some digging it does I've discovered you are not able to consistenly paste an image into your Thank You email (regardless of hosted vs non-hosted). 
In short: from a technical standpoint the ability to paste an image into a Thank You email does not exist. However, the steps we discussed have provided some of our clients with success we felt was worth sharing to help mitigate the lack of functionality.

For some background on this functionality as a whole: because this functionality does not inheritenly exist it the software itself it makes it difficult to troubleshoot as it may behave differently in various environments. If I am being perfectly honest, I'd say these steps can be viewed more so as a 'Band-Aid’ rather than a long term solution. 


The good news is that we do have a suggest in our idea bank which has a lot of traction which you can vote for here. I can personally attest that this functionality has been asked for and is being evaluated for our Next Generation of Email Marketing which will live within RENXT. I completely understand it's not ideal to not be able to include this but I can assure you that the idea bank is a key factor when Product Development prioritizes new functionality/updates.


I hope, at the very least, this helps provide some context on the issue at hand.
