Pledge and Payment Report

I use a gift detail and summary report to show status of pledges dated within this FY.  Is there a way to capture any payments made prior to FY?  Some of these pledges were added years ago as a multi-year pledge for each FY.  The report shows the appropriate balance but if the pledge was paid off early there is no payment shown so it looks skewed.


Appreciate anyone's thoughts on this.

Do you have to use the gift detail and summary report for some reason? If not, there is a canned report under Pledge and Reurring gift reports called "Pledge Status Report" that should work for you.
