Gifts from Organizations through Online Express and not being able to link them in RE

Must be a problem when organizations give a gift in Online Express and even if they are already a constituent in RE, when you do a search to find them in RE, you never can, no matter what criteria you use.

Any ideas why?

Haven't come across this one yet. Not even if you just do Postcode /ZIP Code?

I just found out that our donation page is only set up to handle individuals which online express will only search for to link the constituent. Going to investigate how to change that.

I just found out that our donation page is only set up to handle individuals which online express will only search for to link the constituent. Going to investigate how to change that.

On the "2. Extras" tab there is a "Do you want to allow corporations to donate?" section. I think if you tick that then this should sort it out for you. It's been a while since I looked at it thuoght and OnEx does have its quirks.
