Anyone having issues with AOL and/or Spectrum email hard bounces?

Recently we sent out an emal blast through OLX just before Thanksgiving.  It was not as solicitation, just a thankful video.  After the blast was sent, we noticed a lot of hard bounces from emails hosted by Spectrum domains like Road Runner, and AOL domains, much more than we usually get from either of them.  Usually this would not concern me, but upon further investigation I discovered one grandparent's email address that had hard bounced and I know that their email address is valid as we can send them individual emails.  Has anyone else had issues of this kind with these two ISPs recently or was this a single isolated incident ?  Thanks for the feedback.

We have a consistant issue with our cox.net email addresses.  They WILL not send.  Since we are new to this,  we are going to try and send the content and link directly to them 1 at a time using the test mode.
