Yup!  You would think Blackbaud would be prepared for this! I have several constituents asking if their gift went through (has not) and I am #37 is the queue! ugh

Any idea what to tell people who are reaching out to me personally that they "thought" their donation went through, but are unsure? I have not seen their gifts come through OLX, but hate to tell them to attemp again, for fear that the system will catch up, and i will be stuck with returning gifts later.

We have identified the root cause of the OLX plugin loading slowly and some donation forms failing to load intermittently. We have deployed multiple changes to address the issue and continue to monitor the application closely.
