Re-activate a "removed" record?

Options

Is is possible to re-activate a record after it's been removed? I tried changing the user name back to the donor's real name (as opposed to #######-removed) but that didn't seem to do the trick. Do I just need to create a new record for them?

  • There is no ability for a client admin to reactivate an inactive record by themselves. However, Convio Support does perform this function for clients, particularly when there are a bunch of them to reactivate and you'd prefer not to create new records for them all. In this case, simply log a Support ticket and it should get taken care of.

  • It's just a onesie right now, so I'll just create a new record. Thanks for your help!

Admin records cannot be restored by LO Support after being removed. Best to make sure they are removed from groups, report shares and other areas before hitting the "Remove Administrator" button!
