Raiser's Edge e-receipts and ISP spam/junk filters

Hi there, 


For the annual tax receipts last year, about 50% of monthly donors requested to receive e-receipts. We had issued the e-receipts via Raiser's Edge and it went smoothly except for an ongoing issue where most of the calls received from people who didn't receive their receipts came for the same three Canadian ISPs. I'm just wondering if anyone has advice or info on how to stop email clients from blocking the RE emails or marking them as Junk.
