Event code breaks randomly for an unknown reason or when changing the merchant account option.

For the below 2 pages the code has broken on its own. Users will use the pages for several days and all the sudden the code stops working. This is only for the 2nd page where a user gets to pick the quantity of ticket to purchase. All three pages below also break when changing the merchant account, please check picture > https://snag.gy/5BkHPW.jpg

Does anyone know why this is happening?
