how do i edit a list/option in an event form already created

I am new to Raiser's Edge, the person before me set up an event with an option of 5 different Friday workshops. How do I edit the list of workshops...last year's workshops are currently noted. thank you, Teresa

    Two options - copy the event and update the participation options (it's a price unit within the event.) This is what I would do.


    Or, you can go in and add the workshops as new price units in the existing event.  Then edit the form, and on the first tab, select the new ones and deselct the old ones.
