Monthly Newsletter

I have published a newsletter for January and now want to create a monthly newsletter. I understand this will require a newsletter campaign where the campaign emails are the newsletters. Is it possible to move the published January newsletter into the archive as a part of the campaign? Are there any existing instructional materials to help me with this appication?

Convio Help Documentation: when logged in as Administrator, look for the Help documentation in the upper right corner. Lots of good information in the Help section.

In this particular case, if you want to create a brand new email campaign, you can simply copy the campaign that already exists that has the email you would like to use as a starting point. For example, you could copy your Welcome Series email campaign to create a new email campaign. then when you click to "manage" your new campaign, you should see any email messages that were in the pre-existing campaign were copied over and exist in the new copied campaign as well.

This would be a great way to have a message already built, and all that you have to do is change the content.
