Designated giving/Donor advised fields

Hello

I am attempting to insert fields for a donor advised fund on my organization's, LDRF, donate page. A website for this fund will be linked to LDRF's donation form page on the website. Two questions: to link LDRF's donation page with this website does a snippet have to be imbedded on the created website; second question, I assume that a new donation campaign has to be created on LDRF's website for a donor advised/designating giving fund, correct?

I guess I'm having a hard time understanding your objective. From what I understand it seems like you may be talking about designated giving. This allows a donor to specify from categories you have setup where or how their donation will be used. If this is what you are attempting to do I would suggest you check out the help and training site for designated giving and designees to see if this would accomplish your goal.
