Question: How would someone who "unsubscribes" from our Online Express emails opt back in?
Answer: Once a constituent opts out, Blackbaud cannot remove the constituent from the opt out list and add them back. The constituent would have to re-subscribe to your organizations emails via the Online Express sign up form.

Question: What is a sign up form? How do I set this up?
Answer: Online Express allows organization to design an email sign up button that can be embedded on their website to allow for donors to "opt in" to receive emails. To learn a little bit more about how to create the forms check out the videos in this knowledgebase solution

Question: What kind of stats can we view on an email-by-email basis in OLX (i.e. open rate)?
Answer: After you send an email you'll notice that the subject line appears under your "Recently Sent Messages." One the send completes you'll be able to view a screen like the one shown below

By clicking on "View Stats" you'll be able to see information like number of recipients, opens, clicks, open rate, etc. as shown in this example:
