Adding Pictures to Survey Questions

Does anyone know how to add pictures to survey questions. For example I am creating a polling survey and want to give the user for pictures to choose from but I can't figure out how to insert the pictures.

If I were doing this, I would probably add a Caption to the survey during Step 2 - Add Questions. Captions are HTML content that do not have responses associated with them, and you can add pictures using the WYSIWYG. Then you can add another question (a rating scale, for example, or a text response, or a radio button question) to ask people to vote on which picture is best.
