Bulk Processing

Hi all,


We sell tickets to a Black Tie Gala and need to be able to bulk process the ticket orders.  I  highlight all, click bulk processing and on Options tab the 'create new RE record automatically' box is checked and it worked perfectly last year but now it's not working.  Is there something I'm missing or did something change?

No, it's processing the ones that are matched and leaving the rest in the queue.  Which, when we have a stack of 20-30 orders is annoying- we have to go through the pile and pull out the ones that did process and then manually process the others.

Ok- so I think I figured out that if you have the 'bypass required fields' box checked on the Bulk Processing- Options tab but is there any way to keep this box checked?  After I process a batch and then go to process another one the box is unchecked again.

Meghann, have you tried creating a default set for new donors? Then you wouldn't have to bypass required fields, if the required fields are also auto-generated whenever OLX creates a new donor record. If the required fields demand one-by-one tailoring, such as constituent code, you can always create a "Review & Change" code for the default set which would allow you to query the new donors for future follow-up.
